Opportunity to Volunteer for NYLF this summer

Want to share your passion for science with high school students? Check out the details below and let me know if you are available to volunteer!

What: Every year UCSF’s Center for Educational Partnerships (CEP), coordinates visits to Parnassus campus for the National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF). We are seeking volunteers to give up 5 hours of their day to run mini-science classes for high school students. Sign up for one day or both! We will help you plan your activity!

Who: 175 students from high schools around the U.S. (9th – 12thgraders).

How: We need UCSF volunteers from different disciplines to run the activities. Past volunteers have included Graduate Division, Postdocs, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy.
